Good morning everyone!😁
I must say I have been journaling more and more lately to the point where I’ve grown to love it and haven’t been able to stop. I never thought I would do it 3 days in a row let alone do it when the moment calls for it. Its been stress relieving actually and I think its such a beautiful way to release all the thoughts that you have scrambled in your mind. I actually feel like I went through a meditated yoga session without the physical acts of yoga and I love it because the truth is I have a really bad habit of over thinking to the point where it gets anxiety inducing and there were times I even had panic attacks without even realizing I was having one and I have recently began to notice with the ❤ palpitations when I go through one. I’m slowly trying to break out of it and I’m not diagnosed with anxiety or anything but every day as I try to grow and better myself in more ways then most I started to notice my own little pitfalls and what I can do to resolve and nourish the deeper parts of myself that need that attention and I don’t just journal when I’m stressed I do it because I genuinely enjoy doing it. I enjoy writing. I love the feel of a good pen gliding across the pages as I’m trying to fill in all the lined space on a page as I let out all my ideas, my plans, my goals, my dreams, my stress, my feelings all on these crisp yet smooth pages. I find myself in a place where I know that I can entirely be me and have a space for it. It feels very freeing and I love to flip through the pages as if completed my life’s work in a matter of an hour. Yeah that’s what that feels like…
